Dinner at the Red Bridge Indian restaurant, Windsor
Tandoor, curries and biryanis, Wednesday to Sunday.
Cafe by Day, Indian Restaurant by Night
From the tandoor to the curries, biryanis and fresh naan, made for sharing in Windsor.
When the cafe closes, the tandoor is lit and Red Bridge becomes an Indian restaurant for the evening. Tandoori meats come straight from the tandoor, curries are cooked slowly, the naan is baked fresh and the biryanis are made for sharing. It is relaxed, welcoming food for Windsor and the people who love it. Browse the photos below, then join us Wednesday to Sunday, 5pm to 10pm, in Windsor NSW.
Dinner here is built around fire and patience. Chicken tikka, seekh kebab and prawns are cooked in the tandoor, coming off the skewers charred at the edges and juicy inside. The curries take their time: butter chicken, saag paneer, dal makhani and kadai curry, each simmered slowly until the flavours settle in. Add a biryani for the table and a basket of freshly baked garlic naan to mop up every last bit of sauce.

The Indian restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday, 5pm to 10pm, with the last dine-in order at 9:15pm. The tandoor is lit after the cafe closes, so the kitchen is warming up just as the evening begins. Have a look at the dinner menu to plan your order, then book a table so we can have a seat ready for you.
Plenty of our guests make the drive from Western Sydney, and we think the trip is worth it. Come for a family dinner, a catch-up with friends or a quiet night out, and share a table full of food that is made to be passed around.
Open Wednesday to Sunday 5pm to 10pm at 37 Macquarie Street, Windsor NSW 2756. Call +61 2 4572 6465, see the dinner menu, book a table or follow @redbridge_indian.
