The Indian kitchen at night
When the cafe closes at 2:30pm, the Indian kitchen at Red Bridge gets ready for dinner. From Wednesday to Sunday we open from 5pm to 10pm, with the last dine-in order at 9:15pm. The photos above give a feel for the food and the nights we host, from the first plates to the last of the naan.
Tandoor, curries, naan and biryanis
Our tandoori meats are cooked in a tandoor, and the curries are slow-cooked so the flavours have time to settle. Naan is baked fresh, and the biryanis come out fragrant and ready to share. It is food made for the middle of the table, best enjoyed with good company.
Function and party nights
