The Dining Hall is spacious, with dark wooden tables, leather chairs and woven pendant lights overhead. It suits a lively night when everyone wants to talk across the table.

The Bridge Room is the calmer choice, with dark wooden tables and black chairs beside large windows hung with sheer curtains. Come evening, it is a warm room for a long, easy dinner.

Set a long table with plates, glasses, cutlery and lit candles, and the Bridge Room turns soft and dimly lit, just right for toasting the year that was.

A Christmas get-together is better when the table is full. From our Indian kitchen come tandoori meats cooked in the tandoor and slow-cooked curries, all made for passing around, with freshly baked naan to scoop up every last bit of sauce.

A buffet setup with chafing dishes on wooden cabinets is another way to serve the team, so your guests can help themselves, mingle and come back for more.
